Exchanges may be considered within 14 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been worn or used
• Original tags remain attached
• The item is in a resalable condition

Items that have been worn, used for an event, or show any signs of wear—including but not limited to makeup residue, hair product stains, perfume, sweat, or structural deformation—are not eligible for exchange, and we appreciate your understanding.

Wearing Notice

A protective head cover will be provided with the product for the first try-on. Please wear the cover during trial to isolate hair and makeup residues, ensuring the hat remains clean and structurally intact.

Once a Dress Hat has been worn in person, it cannot be resold as a new item. If you are purchasing for a specific occasion, we recommend ordering in advance to allow sufficient time for styling and selection.
