RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Items can be returned for full or partial refund within 30 days of the receipt date. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
To get full refund, returning items must be in the intact original packaging including attached tags, tickets and receipts. Please note this does not include any custom orders which are final sale. We will refund up to 50% of item's price if returning items are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping and handling cost for returning items back to us is non-refundable. Once your shipping records show delivered, we do not accept refund for not receiving items. Please verify with your local post office for the delivered items.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
