RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds and returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Items purchased from this website may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full or partial refund only if all eligibility requirements are met. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and unaltered
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in intact original packaging
  • Include all attached tags, tickets, and receipts

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.

Items returned in any condition that does not meet the above criteria are not eligible for refund, including signs of use, alteration, reshaping, or damage.

All returned items are made at our sole discretion after inspection.

DAMAGE CLAIMS & EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence showing:
    • The damage as received
    • The original outer and inner packaging
    • Any visible shipping damage

Failure to provide this evidence will result in the claim being automatically denied.

Important Notice Regarding Handling After Delivery

If a customer reports that an item was partially damaged upon arrival and:

  • Attempts to fix, reshape, bend, adjust, or repair the item, and
  • The item becomes further damaged or broken, and
  • The customer cannot provide evidence of the item’s original condition upon delivery

The item is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Photos showing only the final broken condition do not constitute proof of shipping damage and will not be accepted.

CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE (NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE)

Any damage caused after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, wear, alteration, or attempted repair is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

Hair Accessories & Fascinators

  • Bent, crushed, or reshaped bases
  • Broken headbands, clips, wires, or combs
  • Detached decorations due to pulling or forcing
  • Damage caused by heat, steam, water, hair spray, or styling products

Hats

  • Misshaping from squeezing, folding, or improper storage
  • Cracked brims or structured crowns
  • Damage caused by steaming, ironing, or moisture
  • Sweat marks, makeup stains, or signs of wear

All Accessories

  • Scratches, tears, glue separation caused by handling
  • Damage from improper storage or attempted modification

Such conditions are considered customer-caused damage and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & NON-RECEIPT CLAIMS

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
  • We do not issue refunds for “not received” claims once delivery is confirmed
  • Customers must contact their local carrier or post office for delivery disputes

EXCHANGES

Exchanges required by customers are accepted only for:

  • Items confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt, with valid evidence, or
  • Items that do not fit, provided they are unused and in original condition

Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
  • Exchanges are limited to items of equal value
  • Replacement items are shipped only after returned items are received and inspected

Items damaged by customer handling or use are not eligible for exchange.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or bank dispute.

Filing a chargeback for any of the following reasons violates our policy:

  • Claiming shipping damage without required evidence
  • Claiming partial damage after customer alteration or attempted repair
  • Claiming non-receipt when tracking shows delivery
  • Claiming item damage inconsistent with shipping-related causes

In such cases:

  • Refund and exchange eligibility is immediately voided
  • We reserve the right to submit this policy, delivery confirmation, and correspondence to the bank as formal dispute evidence
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargeback behavior may result in account restriction or permanent refusal of future orders

FINAL AUTHORITY

All refund, return, and exchange decisions are made based on evidence and item inspection. Our decision is final.
