Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out from the United States. 

Please make sure providing us your correct shipping address. It MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website.

Combined shipping and handling charge will be automatically applied based on weight and size. Shipping rates does not include any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied. The recipient will be fully responsible for changes of customs, duties, or taxes if there is any. All parcels will be marked as "Merchandise", and will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered.

Shipments depart Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Our aim is to ship out within 2 working days after payment is received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will email to advise you of the likely delay.

 

TRACKING

Tracking number will be provided via email as soon as items are shipped out. Once tracking records show delivered, it proofs that we have fulfilled our shipping responsibility. If you still do not receive your item when tracking records show delivered, please verify with your local post office. 

 

FREE SHIPPING

For US domestic shoppers, just spend $40 or more on eligible Moghant.com products to get free standard shipping. It applies to a single US address only.

For international shoppers, just spend $150 USD or more on eligible Moghant.com products to get free standard international shipping. It applies to a single international address only. 

 

DELIVERY

Once your items ship, your order will usually be delivered within 2 to 10 business days. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship almost all of our products. Delivering time various based on your selected shipping method. Please reference below for detailed estimation.

Standard: 3 - 5 business days
Priority: 2 - 3 business days
Express: Overnight - 1 business day

Deliver Worldwide:

Free:  7 - 25 business days
Standard:  7 - 20 business days
Priority: 6 - 10 business days
