Customization Process

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Customers can choose to purchase the current stock main image or opt for personalized customization of the same design, including electroplating techniques and other colors of crystals or stones.

TECHNIQUE SELECTION
Customers can choose from platinum plating, real gold plating, gunmetal plating, dark gold plating, etc. The plating is made of food-grade environmentally friendly metal.

CRYSTAL & STONE CUSTOMIZATION
Customers can freely choose custom colors, referring to Swarovski's crystal color chart. Due to the significant price deviation of crystals with special colors and shapes, customers need to inquire about the final product price via email.

DESIGN PHASE
Customers can choose to use the company's independently developed designs for free or opt for paid exclusive private design solutions. Specific designs need to be obtained through email inquiries.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After confirming the final design proposal and customization details, customers sign a customization agreement and make full payment.

PRODUCTION
We have a team of craftsmen with over ten years of experience, ensuring high quality and precision through manual sampling.

CUSTOM PRODUCT INSPECTION
After customization is completed, we will conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure that the product meets the customer's expectations and standards.

CUSTOMIZATION TIME
The customization time is usually 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the custom jewelry and craftsmanship requirements. Customers will receive the exact customization time when confirming the order.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the fact that customized products cannot be changed or canceled once production begins, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure satisfaction with the design, size, and other customization elements before confirming the order.
